Perhaps you are looking for the least amount of prep work (As-Is), maybe you want to achieve best price, or perhaps you just want to sell fast. We will put a custom home selling success plan together which includes a proprietary market analysis, professional photography and expert marketing plan, management of repairs, and buyer/offer pre-qualification and evaluation.
